Key Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent medical-surgical (MS) nursing experience
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a broad range of adult patients
• Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely
• Support and educate patients and their families regarding treatment, recovery, or ongoing management
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols
