Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
• Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for new environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care within the Med-Surg unit
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to establish patient-centered plans
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform routine assessments
• Document care accurately in electronic health records
• Support patients and families with education and resources during hospitalization
• Adhere to the highest standards of infection control and patient safety
