Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) setting
• Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in electronic medical records and charting
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse adult patient populations
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and response to treatments
• Administer medications, IVs, wound care, and other prescribed therapies
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to support patient-centered care plans
• Educate patients and families about disease management, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines at all times
• Maintain accurate records and promote continuity of care between shifts
