This assignment centers on the care of adult inpatients, including those with orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and level 1 trauma needs. As a Registered Nurse on this medical/surgical unit, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams dedicated to the highest standards of patient safety and quality. Qualifications:

  • Current, active RN license
  • Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing with exposure to orthopedics and neuro-surgical adult inpatients
  • Background in level 1 trauma care preferred
  • Strong focus on patient safety, pain management, and care quality
  • Effective communication and proactive approach to patient rounding and bedside hand-off
