Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Proven experience in a medical/surgical setting
- Strong clinical judgment, especially in orthopedics, neuro-surgical, or trauma care
- Commitment to patient safety and zero-harm practices
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to rounding and patient interactions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to medical/surgical adult inpatients, including those recovering from orthopedic and neuro-surgical procedures and trauma incidents
- Enhance patient outcomes with focused pain management strategies and safety initiatives
- Engage in proactive rounding and bedside hand-offs to ensure exceptional patient experience and continuity of care
