This med-surg position is based in a modern 45-bed unit, 28 of which are equipped for telemetry, providing unique exposure to diverse patient populations and advanced monitoring technologies. As you respond to varying nurse-to-patient ratios (1:4, 1:5, 1:6), your ability to adapt and work efficiently will further expand your clinical acumen.

Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent med-surg nursing experience (telemetry experience preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to adapt in a dynamic hospital setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to med-surg/telemetry patients
• Closely monitor and report changes in patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, virtual nurse assistance, and support staff
• Accurately document patient information and follow hospital protocols
