Schedule/Hours:
- Rotating weekends and holidays (EOW EOH)
- Flexible scheduling within the med-surg unit
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current RN license, valid in Ohio
- Recent med-surg nursing experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in managing telemetry patients
- Comfortable with patient ratios of 1:41:6
- Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced settings
Responsibilities:
- Care for a diverse patient population in a 45-bed unit, 28 of which are telemetry
- Collaborate with virtual nursing and on-site healthcare teams
- Prioritize patient safety and satisfaction while delivering evidence-based care
- Effectively manage multiple patients and intervene promptly as conditions change
