Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required.
• Intermittent charge responsibilities may be required.
• Charge training and shadowing opportunities available.

Your qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN licensure.
• Demonstrated experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and accept charge duties as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in or lead shift handoffs and charge-related tasks (training provided).
• Ensure patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to facility standards.
