As a registered nurse in the Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) specialty, you will play a central role in delivering age-specific, direct patient care. Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Proficiency in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training (must be current before start or booked prior to orientation)
- Strong understanding of the Nursing Process
- Ability to comply with all state and federal healthcare regulations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, age-appropriate patient care in accordance with departmental standards and protocols
- Utilize the Nursing Process for patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation and supervision of support staff
