Provide expert nursing care to patients while overseeing a team of nursing staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This contract role requires delivering coordinated, high-quality care according to established nursing standards and processes. Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients following established standards and protocols
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels to optimize patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized treatment plans
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion in clinical decision-making
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a nursing team
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex patient cases
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
