• Current, unencumbered RN license

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document patient conditions, administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about procedures, diagnoses, and continuing care needs
• Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment, adhering to best practices and protocols
