Nestled in the heart of Northwest Arkansas, Springdale offers vibrant city life combined with easy access to breathtaking natural attractionsfrom the Ozark mountains to the renowned Razorback Greenway. Serving a dynamic medical-surgical unit on this 13-week assignment, youll collaborate with skilled healthcare professionals and gain valuable insights into diverse approaches to patient care. Exposure to various workplace practices and leadership styles will allow you to expand your resume, build new clinical skills, and position yourself for future opportunities across different settings. Every shift promises novel experiences and adventures both inside and outside the hospital walls.
Schedule:
- Night shifts: 6:45 p.m. 7:15 a.m.
- Every other weekend required
- 13-week duration
- Start dates: 5/18 or 5/25
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure
- 1+ year of recent acute med-surg RN experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to a diverse med-surg patient population
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and evaluations promptly and accurately
- Respond efficiently to patient needs and changes in condition
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and families
