Schedule:
- 3 x 12 hour shifts, nights
- Med/Tele unit
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Current state or compact nursing license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- At least 2 years of recent, full-time Med/Tele experience in an acute care environment
- Must pass all pre-employment assessments required by the facility
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, efficient care to patients in a Med/Tele setting, respecting each patients developmental and age-specific needs
- Perform and document initial and continuous assessments, including comprehensive system reviews
- Accurately identify patient care requirements, initiate appropriate plans, and document interventions according to established policies
- Interpret patient information to determine the necessary range of treatment
- Fulfill the needs of patients, families, and the wider community by meeting licensure, certification, and training regulations
