Job Description
A nursing professional is sought to deliver comprehensive clinical care aligned with established nursing standards. The registered nurse in this role will coordinate and administer patient care in a hospital environment, adhering to the nursing process and working under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments considering physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety dimensions.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
- Deliver care to patients with complex health conditions, performing bedside point-of-care testing as necessary.
- Actively participate in patient education, assessing learning readiness and employing suitable educational materials.
- Contribute to unit performance improvement initiatives and support cost-effective healthcare delivery.
- Maintain compliance with health care regulations and promote a safe, clean, and secure environment.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and support peer feedback and collaboration.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse license (RN-MS preferred).
- Experience in hospital nursing with competence in managing complex patient cases.
- Ability to communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and with patients/families.
- Knowledge of nursing policies, healthcare standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Commitment to continuous learning and performance improvement.
