Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure in good standing
- At least one year of recent Med-Surg experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- BLS certification (ACLS strongly preferred)
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Care for adult patients requiring medical-surgical intervention
- Perform assessments, administer medications, monitor progress, and document care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
