Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of one year recent Med-Surg experience preferred
- BLS certification (required)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the Med-Surg unit
- Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and other care providers to implement treatment plans
- Assess, monitor, and document patient status and progress
- Provide education to patients and families regarding ongoing care
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and best nursing practices
