Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license
  • Demonstrated experience in a medical-surgical (Med Surg) unit
  • Proficiency in patient assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and IV management
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • BCLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to rapidly changing situations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and families about post-hospital care and disease management
  • Document all observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately within electronic health records
  • Maintain safety standards, infection control practices, and regulatory compliance at all times
