Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel role with variable shifts as needed by the department.
• Flexibility to float within the region and to all designated facilities.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification.
• At least 18 months of recent Med/Tele RN experience.
• Competence in core Med/Tele skills: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, monitoring, care of patients with tubes/drains, starting IVs, managing blood products, wound care, and Cardizem/Amiodarone drips.
• Minimum 6 months EMR (EPIC) experience.
• Willingness to float within assigned region and scope as required.
• Open to first-time travelers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to a wide range of patients.
• Accurately interpret cardiac rhythms and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and manage medical equipment such as Alaris pumps and Omnicell dispensing.
• Deliver compassionate, timely care in a busy 24-bed unit with a census average of 24 patients.
• Remain adaptable to floating between regional facilities as needed.
