Qualifications:
- Active RN license (California)
- 1+ year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required (additional certifications a plus)
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and mentor other nursing staff effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients or designated groups using established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and guide the activities of various levels of nursing staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Apply critical thinking, sound judgment, and professional discretion in all aspects of patient care
- Document and communicate patient status accurately and timely
