Schedule/Hours:
- Nights: 7PM 7AM
- Full-time assignment
- Immediate start available (ASAP)
Qualifications & Experience:
- RN license valid in the state of employment or compact state
- BLS certification from AHA required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine and advanced care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
- Manage both routine and complex clinical situations, making assignments and delegating tasks as needed
- Deliver education to patients, families, and caregivers, assessing and addressing learning needs
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitor for efficacy and potential side effects
- Document medical history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
- Address the psychological, cultural, and emotional needs of patients and their families
