An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with a Master of Science degree to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts in a hospital setting. This role involves working a structured schedule focusing on delivering compassionate nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Location: Saint Marys, KSa welcoming community known for its friendly atmosphere and southern charm. The area offers a peaceful environment ideal for both work and relaxation, with access to local parks, dining, and recreational activities.
Schedule:
- Nights from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- 36 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care and treatments per established protocols
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly reporting changes
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards, including patient safety and infection control
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Kansas Registered Nurse License or Compact Multistate RN License
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a hospital RN
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
