Schedule/Hours:
- Days, 07001930
- 36 or 48 hours weekly guaranteed (must specify on application)
- Every other weekend as needed
- 13-week assignment term
- Must be available for full orientation week
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license eligible or current for Missouri
- BLS (American Heart Association required)
- 1 year recent Med Surg (inpatient) experience
- Neuro experience preferred
- EPIC EMR familiarity a plus
- Ability to float to similar or lower acuity units as needed
- Flexible, positive team-player attitude
- Adherence to black scrubs dress code
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Uphold patient confidentiality and rights
- Supervise and evaluate support staff
- Maintain professional accountability and follow established care standards
- Respond efficiently to the fast-paced, high-acuity environment
