Key Details:
- Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday requirement: Memorial Day, July 4th
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid RN license required
- Minimum of one year experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing setting preferred
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Educate patients and families regarding conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate records while adhering to facility and regulatory guidelines
