An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical experience in Saint Augustine, FL. This contract position offers flexible scheduling options ranging from 36 to 48 hours per week, with every other weekend and Easter shift requirements. Chemo certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN license with Medical-Surgical experience
- Ability to work every other weekend and Easter shifts
- Chemo certification preferred
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and procedures
