Schedule:
- Night shifts: 7PM - 7AM
- Full-time hours
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- One year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred
- Current RN license in NM or compact state required
- Active BLS certification from AHA required
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently provide comprehensive nursing care using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Address the psychological, emotional, and cultural needs of patients and their families
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitor effectiveness, and document responses
- Maintain accurate patient records and histories
- Educate patients, family members, and caregivers, tailoring resources and support to individual needs
- Safely delegate tasks and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
