Schedule:
- 13-week assignment
- Night shifts: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality patient care in a busy med-surg unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout each shift
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and manage IVs
- Document patient status and care accurately in electronic records
- Provide support and education to patients and their families
