Schedule:
- Shifts: 6:30 PM 7:00 AM
- Flexibility required; block scheduling not guaranteed
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license for NY State (NURSYS report required)
- Minimum 2 years recent MS experience, including travel nursing
- Up-to-date resume detailing MS and travel experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Skills checklist relevant to MS nursing
- Drivers license with a matching address
- Epic EMR experience
- Submission must include requested time off (RTO)
- Will accept local candidates (within 75 miles, local rate applies)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care to adults with diagnoses such as abdominal pain, post-surgical needs, cholelithiasis, orthopedic conditions, and morbid obesity (bariatric surgery)
- Proficient use of specialty equipment (IV pumps, N/G tubes, feeding tubes)
- Float to various units as assigned
- Adhere to facility and nursing best practices
- Wear navy blue scrubs as required
