This travel assignment enables you to work in a facility with an advanced Primary Stroke Center designation, providing exposure to a broad spectrum of patient diagnoses from stroke to GI bleeds. Youll gain hands-on experience with varying patient acuity and ratios, and develop professional adaptability as you float between multiple regional facilities, all while on the clock.

Schedule:

• Rotating shifts, with hours determined by the department
• May require floating mid-shift to neighboring locations (compensated as work hours)

Qualifications:

• Current RN license, with 18+ months Med/Tele experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, stroke/NIH assessments, chest tube management, PIV starts, trach care, NG tube placement, drain management, and PCA pumps
• Competence with medication drip management: cardiac drips, Heparin, blood products, IVF
• Positive, adaptable team player comfortable with regional floating

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care to diverse Med/Surg and Telemetry populations
• Accurately administer and monitor medications/treatments
• Collaborate with CNAs, charge nurses, and hospitalists to optimize outcomes
• Document care using Epic EMR; utilize hospital technology as required

$1,579 - $1,728/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
