Engagement at this facility means exposure to a range of diagnosesstroke, COPD, altered mental status, GI bleeds, and morebolstering your resume with varied patient acuities and complex care needs. Collaborate with supportive, expert teams across multiple units, gaining hands-on experience with advanced technologies such as Epic EMR, Alaris IV Pumps, Omnicell medication systems, and Philips monitors. Floating within the regional health network fosters adaptability and introduces you to innovative care models and leadership approaches, igniting growth and broadening your clinical insights.

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
• No on-call requirements
• 75% of holiday coverage required
• RTO: Up to 6 days (excluding holidays; any unmet hours made up at end of contract)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license and 18+ months current Med/Tele experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Skilled in stroke/NIH assessment, cardiac rhythm interpretation, PIV/NGT placement, trach care, drain/tube management, medication drip administration (cardiac drips, Heparin, IVFs, blood products)
• Comfort with Epic, Alaris, Philips, Omnicell a plus
• Flexibility for regional floating; willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality MedSurg/Tele nursing care with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction
• Manage complex medication gtt and diverse monitoring devices
• Provide and document comprehensive patient assessments and interventions
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including CNAs, charge RNs, hospitalists, and tele techs
