Schedule:
- 7:00 AM 7:30 PM shifts
- Every third weekend required
- Every other holiday coverage
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license, valid in Iowa or compact state
- Minimum one year of recent MS (Medical-Surgical) nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to diverse medical-surgical populations
- Carry out detailed assessments and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and document accurately
