Qualifications:
- Active Illinois RN license (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- ACLS and PALS certifications (preferred)
- Recent Medical-Surgical RN experience (highly recommended)
- Adaptability to work with both adult and pediatric patient populations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to medical-surgical patients, including occasional pediatric cases
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress
- Educate patients and families about ongoing treatments and discharge planning
