Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and conduct thorough assessments
- Document all care activities accurately and promptly
- Educate patients and families regarding care procedures and discharge planning
- Prioritize tasks in a dynamic, often fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Medical-Surgical unit preferred
- BLS certification (required)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities and adaptability to new environments
