Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• At least 1 year of Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records a plus

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and outcomes in health records
• Prioritize patient safety, infection control, and adherence to evidence-based protocols
