Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned RN, LPN, or support staff ensuring high-quality care
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines for a holistic approach
- Exercise critical thinking, independent judgment, and professional discretion in decision-making
- Document and report patient progress clearly and accurately
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum one year of recent Med-Surg experience preferred
