As a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical care, youll deliver collaborative, patient-focused support to individuals or assigned groups within established care standards. In this position, youll provide hands-on nursing, supervise a range of nursing staff, and coordinate closely with interdisciplinary teams. Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing (Travel or float experience is a plus)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise and direct diverse clinical staff
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

- Provide direct, compassionate care to patients in accordance with nursing standards and procedures
- Oversee and guide nursing staff in assigned units
