An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with endoscopy experience to support a dedicated team in Quincy, MA. This contract role involves caring for adult patients aged 20 to 85 in a specialized endoscopy unit. The position offers a structured Monday through Friday 5x8 schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, providing a stable work-life balance.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as ERCP, bronchoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound, colonoscopy, and esophagogastroduodenoscopy. Accurate medication administration using Omnicell and detailed documentation in Cerner are essential components of the role. Nurses will work with a patient census averaging 40 daily across three procedure rooms equipped with 11 beds.
