Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of one year experience in a Medical-Surgical setting preferred
- Proficiency with the nursing process and evidence-based practice
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- BLS certification required (additional certifications a plus)
