Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients, monitoring vitals, administering medications, and evaluating patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress, assessments, and interventions accurately within medical records
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care to promote optimal outcomes
• Maintain infection control standards and uphold all hospital policies and procedures
• Respond efficiently in critical situations and provide support to colleagues as needed
