Provide skilled nursing care for adult and geriatric patients in a collaborative clinical environment. This opportunity requires coordinating comprehensive nursing services while supporting patient and family education. You will work closely with ancillary nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice using the Epic electronic medical record system. Professional traveler scrubs without logos are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver total nursing care to adult-geriatric patients, ensuring quality and safety.
- Participate actively in patient and family teaching to promote health.
- Collaborate with ancillary and patient care personnel to uphold care standards.
- Adhere to facility policies and professional nursing practices.
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and communication.
Desired Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (mandatory for consideration).
- Experience caring for adult and geriatric populations.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred.
