Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of one year recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) setting
- BLS certification (required)

- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to the highest standards of patient safety and care
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions and perform interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately
- Document interventions, outcomes, and patient responses according to facility policies
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
