Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • BLS certification required; other certifications such as ACLS preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare setting

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse medical-surgical patient populations
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses
  • Complete accurate patient assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain patient privacy and ensure compliance with all facility policies and procedures
