A Registered Nurse with Med/Surg experience is sought for a contract position located in Penn Yan, NY. This role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients and families, with a special focus on cardiac care including telemetry monitoring. The nurse will assess patient needs, develop and adjust individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, provide direct care, and evaluate patient progress throughout their episode of care.
