Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide dedicated care to medical-surgical patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. This temporary contract role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing services using best practices, technology, and collaborative teamwork to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid RN license
- Demonstrated experience in a medical-surgical setting (RN-MS)
- Comprehensive understanding of nursing process and patient-centered care
- Familiarity with current nursing trends and ability to adapt to changing patient care technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain thorough, accurate nursing documentation
- Commitment to continuous professional development
Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage care for a designated group of patients during the contracted period
- Perform initial assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and implement nursing interventions
- Continuously monitor and modify patient care plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient needs
- Ensure all care provided is accurately documented for effective interdisciplinary communication
- Collaborate with peers and other healthcare professionals to enhance outcomes and broaden knowledge
- Maintain patient and employee safety by identifying and addressing potential hazards
- Provide constructive feedback to colleagues and support a positive, professional work environment
- Stay current with departmental competencies and take initiative in identifying and addressing learning needs
