Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Demonstrated experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Solid clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing healthcare settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients, adhering to established protocols
- Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and responses to treatments
- Administer medications, monitor IVs, and perform necessary nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on procedures, conditions, and ongoing care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care activities
