Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) nursing environment
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving clinical demands

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, noting any changes in status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to coordinate and optimize patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on conditions, care procedures, and post-discharge requirements
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Uphold hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control procedures
• Respond swiftly to patient needs and emergencies with sound clinical judgment
