A contract opportunity is available for an experienced registered nurse skilled in medical-surgical care to provide essential night shift coverage. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care on medical-surgical units during night shifts.
- Utilize Cerner electronic health record systems to document patient care efficiently.

- Maintain adherence to safety protocols, including BLS standards and infection control.
- Manage patient needs during alternating weekend schedules, following a 3/2 shift split.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with proven experience in medical-surgical nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Proficient in using Cerner electronic health records.
- Permanent residence located at least 50 miles from the facility.
- Ability to commit to night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with a 3/2 rotation schedule.
Additional Details:
- Contract duration is approximately eight weeks.
- The schedule includes four shifts one week and three the next, with overtime available after 48 hours weekly.
