Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend required
- Coverage for any holiday that falls on regularly scheduled shifts
Desired Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- MS (Medical-Surgical) nursing experience
- Strong proficiency with Cerner EMR systems
- BLS certification
- Adaptable, resourceful, and patient-focused approach
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to medical-surgical patients across varying acuity levels
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and report significant changes
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR
- Educate patients and families about treatments, care plans, and discharge instructions
