Schedule/Hours:

• Day Shift: 0630 to 1830
• 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado RN license in good standing
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications (or completion of ACLS within 3 months)
• PALS certification (or completion within 3 months)
• Proficiency with Cerner EHR systems
• Minimum two years of med-surg experience strongly preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Effective communication and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, nursing interventions, and care planning
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and monitor patient responses
• Document assessments, care, and changes in condition using Cerner
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatments, and discharge planning
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team
• Uphold infection prevention protocols and patient confidentiality
• Provide mentorship and foster continuous staff learning
