Provide expert nursing care in a dynamic healthcare environment located in beautiful Pagosa Springs, CO. Responsibilities include:
- Administering nursing care in alignment with established hospital protocols and best practices
- Accurately assessing and interpreting patient data to develop appropriate care plans
- Applying knowledge of growth and development principles to deliver age-specific nursing interventions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining meticulous documentation through Cerner EMR systems
Desired qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Colorado
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum two years of experience as a registered nurse, with emergency room experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Cerner Electronic Medical Records system
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications preferred
- Basic computer skills essential
