Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg Tele experience
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• BLS certification (additional certifications preferred)
• Positive attitude and demonstrated flexibility in high-acuity environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care on the Med Surg unit
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor progress, and promptly report changes
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and wound care accurately
• Support patient education initiatives and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation in patient records
