Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• At least one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) setting
• Proficient in patient assessment, documentation, and care planning
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred)
• Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions
• Monitor patient status, promptly recognizing changes and responding accordingly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively per physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop comprehensive care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding care instructions, medication management, and recovery processes
• Accurately document nursing interventions, patient progress, and relevant observations
• Uphold hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
